Dailey Herald Now he’ll shorten the lines? October 8, 2006
We respect Jesse White and much of the work he’s done as secretary of state. The Daily Herald endorsed him for the office in 2002 and, who knows, might do so again next year. But when White vows to shorten lines at driver’s license facilities if only voters return him to office for a third term, we have to muster up our eloquence and ask: “Huh?” Great goal by Secretary White, but hasn’t he had eight years to work on this sort of thing already? |
