Shimkus Farm Party, Islamic Foundation Picnic, Rochelle, Oglesby, Mendota, Oregon, Addison Rockford, York GOP Golf Outing, Pike Picnic, Chicago GOP Reception, Greenville, Peoria, Kendall County GOP Meeting, Bureau Lincoln Day Dinner, Grundy Reagan Gala, Winfield, Glen Ellyn, and Itasca.

 Rep. Ron Stephens and his wife Lisa opened their home in Bond County for their friends from all over Illinois. Scores of Legislators, GOP Officials and friends were their. Beautiful home, great hospitality & Lisa you did and outstanding job! 

Early morning radio hosts Don & Roma of WLS were not on for one of their shows, so mid-morning host Eileen Byrne was filling in. She asked that I be her co-host. It was a great experience being 4 hours live on Chicago’s premier radio station, talking with millions of listeners, and with such a talented personality as Eileen. I had to be at the Chicago studio at 4:30 am; well, at least there was no traffic.

Dr. Larry and Connie Nord hosted the most outstanding house party I have seen. They did a wonderful job with backyard tent, poolside band and bunting that would make every American proud. The evening was great and I truly appreciate their support and friendship.
